This punctuation link is very comprehensive and would help those who want a technical description of the theory of punctuation.
In IELTS we do not expect you to go beyond:
full stops
commas
exclamation marks
quotation marks (single/double)
semi colons (would make my day!)
apostrophes (not used for contractions)
That's all! [You may use apostrophes for such contractions on the blog, not in formal IELTS writing]

ps there are probably 4/5 parallels between me and another Tony B who lives at 10 Downing Street. Any guesses?

I think your 'riddle" means that there are 4 OR 5 similarities between you and another Tony B that lives on 10 Downing Street.

Re Mona's query: it is not a 'riddle' - we are talking of factual similarities (at least 4 or 5) between me and Tony Blair. Whether I am more handsome or not than him is a matter of opinion. Differentiating between fact and opinion is important in IELTS reading tasks especially.
So, any guesses?

1. Tony Blair's birth day - May 6 1953 - 53 yrs
may be u also 53 yrs nooo. u r so handsome,smart at your 45/48 ( forty naughty)
2. Spouse name - Cherie ( a fruit)
Tony B - your spouse name also seems some fruits name ?/ beautiful & pretty like ?
3. PM have 3 daughters & at the age of 47 he got a baby boy! ( in 2000 ie 1953 - 2000 = 47 yrs
that also I cannot digest, when his boy become 25 yrs Pm will be 72
(Dear Tony avoid this similarity)
4. religion - Anglican ( Anglo- Catholic) this is one similarity
5. this the only one similarity I can say 100% correct,u r also working for your daily bread, the PM also working for the same
