Report about the percentage of teachers that read newspapers on each day of the week.

The bar graph illustrates the percentage of teachers that read the newspaper on each day of the week. The conclusions for this chart is clear that during work days, there is not much time to read the newspaper.

During weekdays (workdays), teachers do not have much time to read the newspaper and the percentages are very low. From Tuesdays to Fridays, less than 50 percent of the teachers read the newspaper. During these periods, obviously the teachers have loads of work and no time! Except on Mondays, 60 percent of the teachers read the newspaper which is just the start of the week.

On the weekends, it is very clear that teachers will have a great amount of time to read and do other things as forms of entertainment. On Saturdays and Sundays, the graph shows that 80 to 95 percent of the teachers actually do have time to read. The greatest percentage of teachers that read is on Sundays which is 93 percent, and the least percentage of teachers that read is on Thursdays which counts up to only 30 percent.

Hmmm, I like to see students with a sense of humour, Mona!

IELTS Academic reading is no laughing matter, is it? Any bright ideas?

Small task 1 point, the concluding remark ("The conclusions for this chart is clear that during work days, there is not much time to read the newspaper'") comes at the end of the report, in a separate paragraph.

Even the weekends flash by with little time to relax and enjoy the excellent local newspaper (Khaleej Times Rules!).

Bye for now
