World Heritage Sites

Hi every one,

I had read interesting topics in the magazine about heritage sites around the world.they are around 730 sites in the list of World Heritage Programe which keeps passionate track of earth lasting treasures.
So it is long list I can not mention it all,but some of heritage sites are masterpiece building such as The Tag Mahal, The Great Wall in China and parks like Tikal National Park in Guatemala, Dinosaur Provincial Park in Alberta-canada- it is spectacular park with dinosaur fossils. Other fascinating sites I read about is Meteora , a rockbound monestry in north Greece, where monks cluster together in an ossuary after death. Really if you see how they arranged the skulls on shelfs, you will be amazed.
On the otherhand, the world heritage program sponsored by United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), which is in turn aim to recruit the world community in identifying culture and natural properities of “outstanding universal value”. The protection of heritage sites is important cause it have spiritual value for the nations and embody the history. But some people argue with that, they think we have to spend money for helping poor countries not on old stones. I disagree with this opinion cause how people can have better quality of life is a matter of manners, not matter of spending a lot of money. Beside, when we preserve the heritage sites we connecting the old and new generation, where we can inspire how to live better from the history.

My bast regards,
Ahmed
